Anne Ravanona

Founder & CEO, Global Invest Her

Anne is passionate about closing the $300 Billion Funding Gap for Female founders. In 2013, she founded Global Invest Her, a global community and platform focused on demystifying the funding process to help more women entrepreneurs become investor-ready, get funded faster and back to building their business. When she realised through her research speaking to hundreds of female founders, that the funding game IS harder for women, she decided to dedicate the rest of her life to making a difference, so that her daughter and other women worldwide have equal access to funding in future. A women’s advocate, she is a regular global speaker, including at TEDx, to raise awareness about the challenges female founders face when looking for funding, how more investors can seize the huge untapped opportunity they represent, and how we can all invest in women. An Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and funding mentor to several female founders, Anne also gives back by shining the spotlight on exceptional women role models, through her Trailblazing Women interview series in the Huffington Post and Medium.

She has over 25 years experience in Management Consulting with global Fortune 500 companies in: gender diversity, leadership development training, change management, post-merger integration (human capital) and employer branding, and works on consulting projects with big corporates who take gender diversity seriously.
