Rosita Najmi is a digital financial services expert and global development specialist. She leads PayPal’s Global Social Innovation team, which catalyzes social, economic, and environmental impact. Before PayPal, she led fintech, financial inclusion, data for good, and impact investing efforts at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Bank, Omidyar Network, and international NGOs, including Accion and Mercy Corps. A development economist, Rosita earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She serves on the national board of the Tahirih Justice Center and the advisory boards of the Money2020 Start Up Pitch, Center for Financial Inclusion, and Data2x Women’s Financial Inclusion Data Partnership.
