When is UKFW featuring IFGS 2021 taking place?

Where is UKFW featuring IFGS 2021 taking place?
UKFW featuring IFGS 2021 will be taking place in an entirely virtual format this year. All main sessions will be streamed live on the Innovate Finance website as well as via our exclusive networking and event platform Brella (for those with access).

Will the sessions be available to watch on-demand?
Yes, all main sessions will be available to watch on-demand within 24 hours on the Innovate Finance website.

Will there be roundtable sessions and workshops?
Yes, there will be roundtable sessions and workshops hosted by our sponsors. Registrations for these will open soon.

How many delegates are we expecting to watch it live?
5,000+ attendees across the week

How many speakers do we expect this year?
This year our curated programme is likely to feature around 100 top speakers.

Who do we expect in the “room”?
FinTechs, investors, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, professional services firms, policy-makers, international hubs, press and academia.

Where can I watch the live event?
All of the main agenda sessions will be streamed live on the Innovate Finance website and will be free to access and open to everyone. To register your interest to attend, please visit here and click ‘buy tickets’ for general UKFW admission. 

Where do I send people to register for tickets?
People wishing to purchase IFGS networking tickets can do so by visiting this page and clicking the ‘buy tickets’ button.

Is there an event newsletter?
Yes we do have an events newsletter. You can direct people to sign-up at the bottom of this webpage. Registered delegates will receive communications between March and April with sponsor updates, individual session sign-ups and sign-ups to roundtables and workshops, as well as the latest news and insights. 

When are our keynotes and speakers released?
Speakers and keynotes are released in stages. Please visit https://www.innovatefinance.com/ukfintechweek/  regularly for further information or sign-up to the events newsletter to stay up-to-date with the latest updates.

When is the event agenda released?
The official agenda will be released at the beginning of April 2021. It will be available on our website.

Is Pitch360 taking place this year?
Pitch360 will not be taking place during UK FinTech Week in April. It will take place as a fringe event in July 2021.

Brella Access Questions 

How many complimentary Brella tickets do I receive?
All Innovate Finance members and sponsors of the event will receive complimentary tickets to our exclusive networking and event platform Brella, which can be accessed via a unique link provided by the Innovate Finance Team closer to the event date. 

If you would like to find out how many complimentary tickets you have, Please contact your account manager for the member discount code

When and where can I officially claim my complimentary Brella tickets?
We will send you email communications and ask yo u to nominate the ticket holder(s) from your company based on your respective company allocation. Once we have received that information we will send each ticket holder an email invitation to Brella that will contain a unique access link to join the platform when it goes live. 

Do members have to pay for additional Brella tickets once they reach their allocation?
Yes, members are required to pay for additional tickets if they have used up their allocation. The member discount ticket price is £29 (+VAT) please click here to register your interest in purchasing additional tickets.

Will there be Brella tickets available for public purchase?
Yes, a limited number of Brella tickets are available for public purchase priced at £59 (+VAT). Please note they will be on a first come, first served basis. Please visit our ‘buy tickets’ page here, if you are interested in purchasing an IFGS ticket.

How do members claim their complimentary tickets?
Members can claim their complimentary tickets, by visiting this page and inputting their details. 

When can I have access to the Brella app?
We will be launching Brella on Friday 9th April. Please look out for email communications from Innovate Finance with clear instructions about how to access your Brella account and update your profile. 

When will delegates be able to book meetings on Brella?
Delegates can start booking meetings as soon as the Brella app launches on 9th April. Please note all meetings you book will take place only during the week of 19th-23rd April. 

Would I be able to specify the time I’m available for meetings?
Yes, once you have signed up with Brella you can create your profile and select the dates and times you are available for meetings. You will be able to see our recommended networking slots on Brella to help guide you on the most suitable times. 


Who can have a virtual exhibit booth in Brella?
All sponsors as well as some Innovate Finance members are entitled to a complimentary exhibitor booth in Brella. 

How can Exhibitors set up their virtual exhibit booth?
We will send you a virtual booth information form to fill in that requires all the essential information for us to build your booth. Once the booth is ready, we’ll invite Exhibitors to ‘join’ the event. The virtual exhibit hall will be live once Brella launches on 9th April. 

How can I access my Exhibitor booth?
All exhibitors will receive an invitation via email with a link or join code to access Brella. It’s very important that the exhibitor’s name in the virtual booth reflects the representative’s company name so s/he can be assigned automatically to their booth. 

What will my virtual booth consist of?
On your virtual booth, you can have a logo, company name, boilerplate and social media links. The booth will consist of videos, images, pages and forms. You can have a company representative assigned to your booth, whose contact information will be displayed under the carousel display of your booth.

Do Exhibitors receive an additional ticket to Brella?
Please note only sponsor exhibitors receive additional Brella logins.
