Innovate Finance and Pinsent Masons are collaborating to help fintech and financial services businesses understand the impact that AI and robotic process automation (RPA) will have on the future of financial services and products.

Through a series of workshops we are focussing on the customer and investigating how businesses in AI and RPA contexts:

  • Treat customers fairly
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Obtain valid consent
  • Keep the customer secure
  • Overcome organisational issues and process barriers to innovation
  • Address liability where AI is at fault
  • Provide effective customer redress and dispute resolution support

This third and final session in the series will discuss:

  • Customer redress and dispute resolution

As before, there will be a panel discussion with invited speakers followed by an interactive workshop to share views on these topics. The event will close with networking drinks.
