Australia is a flourishing destination for FinTech investment and innovation.Last year investment in Australian FinTechs rose by 252 per cent.

One of the most challenging aspects about entering international markets can be understanding the regulatory landscape and knowing who to talk to.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is an independent Australian government body that acts as Australia’s corporate regulator.

ASIC’s role is to enforce and regulate company and financial services laws to protect Australian consumers, investors and creditor.
