The Deloitte EMEA Centre for Regulatory Strategy (ECRS) team will present its 2023 Financial Markets Regulatory Outlook, focusing on the themes of most strategic significance for technological and business model innovation. These include the regulation and supervision of digital assets and payments, the Consumer Duty, sustainability, operational resilience, and financial crime. The ECRS team will also look further ahead to how the regulatory perimeter may change in the coming years to capture new products, services and firms.
