Join Innovate Finance and Deloitte’s Tax & Legal FinTech team as we launch a new series of networking breakfasts aimed at bringing together the FinTech finance and legal community to discuss the latest hot topics arising from regulatory/legislative developments, tax authority updates and market activity.
Aimed at CFOs, Heads of Tax, General Counsels and their respective teams, the sessions will be a roundtable Chatham House discussion for a small peer group of up to 20 people, chaired by Deloitte, but with the agenda open for contribution by attendees to share their experiences and points for discussion across the tax and legal spectrum. The focus of each session will therefore be based on the topics raised by attendees, but during the course of the series will cover:
- The implications evolving regulatory body expectations and reporting frameworks;
- The impact of cross expansion on contracting, supply chain flows and profit recognition;
- Efficiencies available in relation to research and development, financing and employment structures; or
- Preparing and structuring for a potential exit.
The first session will be held on 20 October 2022 at Deloitte’s 1 New Street Square offices. Breakfast shall be available from 8:30, with the roundtable discussion to begin at 9:00 and chance for networking both before and after.
