Fintech Academy: Startups Meet Investors with Adam French

Part of Innovate Finance Startup Academy, ‘Startups Meet Investors’ is a great opportunity to engage with leading FinTech investors. This session will be lead by Adam French.

Adam is a Non-Executive Director at Innovate Finance as well as a Partner at venture capital firm Houghton Street Ventures, where he invests in businesses founded by London School of Economics alumni and students.

Prior to this, Adam was a co-founder of fintech unicorn Scalable Capital, which operates in the online investment space. Scalable currently employs over 400 people, has raised over £200m in venture capital funding and manages investments for over 700,000 clients.

During our Q&A session, you will have the chance to learn more about what investors are looking for, their investment strategies are and how to better approach them when pitching for funding. Participants will have the chance to ask questions directly in an informal environment.

The ‘Startups Meet Investors’ sessions are open to Innovate Finance members only.
