Pedro Poli Romero
Pedro Poli Romero is Head of Digital Banking, Experience, Growth and Open Banking at Banco PAN. Professional passionate about innovation, disruptive technology and digital transformation, he has been in the market for 12 years, with important passages for very successful Brazilian FinTechs, large national and international companies in the financial and e-commerce market. Graduated in business administration, he has specialisations in digital marketing, e-commerce and technology. He is also a guest director at ABCOMM (Brazilian Association of Electronic Commerce), responsible for the payment methods board, and speaker at several e-commerce and technology events.

Gustavo Resende
Gustavo Resende is Executive Manager for Customer Acquisition and Strategy at Banco PAN. Graduated in Business Administration from Ibmec, also spent a period at Huntingdon College-AL-USA where he was a Business Administration student and NCAA athlete. Had qualified in innovation from Singularity University and Hyper Island. Built a career in digital products, business consulting and customer acquisition (B2B & B2C). After passing through technology companies, he now participates at Banco PAN of the second digital transformation in representative banks in Brazil. He founded 2 startups, had 1 accelerated by iDEXO (TOTVS) in addition participated as a mentor in different acceleration programs.

Glauber Mota
Glauber Mota is a Partner of BTG Pactual, a leading Investment Bank in Latin America, and Chief Operating Officer to the Digital Retail Unit, responsible for planning, strategy and business development.
Enthusiastic about FinTech, digital innovation and venture capital, Glauber is also a member of the Open Banking and Innovation committees at the Brazilian Federation of Banks.
Trained as an Electrical Engineer by the Brazilian Military Academy of Engineering (IME) and with a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in Finance by the Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics (IMPA), Glauber started his career in Asset Management and later have had experiences in Risk Management, ALM Treasury, Finance, FP&A and Operations in Brazil, United States, England, Portugal and Switzerland. Glauber also holds the Certificate in Business Excellence by the Columbia Business School and the General Management Program by the Harvard Business School.
