LendInvest wins BTL Lender of the Year at NACFB awards for second consecutive year

By LendInvest

London, 27 November 2020 – LendInvest, the UK’s leading platform for property finance, has  taken home the award for ‘BTL Lender of the Year’ at broker led 2020 NACFB awards for the second year in a row.

The NACFB is the UK’s largest independent trade body for commercial finance brokers. All NACFB award categories are based on votes from NACFB Members and the feedback of a broker judging panel.

This year, LendInvest remained open for business throughout both national lockdowns in the UK. The lender launched new products including the BTL Plus product, allowing use of desktop valuations where physical valuations were not possible, and launched a new webinar series to keep brokers informed and up to date on new product developments.

LendInvest first secured the title of BTL Lender of the Year in 2019.

Andy Virgo, Sales Director for Buy-to-Let at LendInvest, said: “From day one we have offered an entirely online BTL experience for our brokers, successfully partnering internal innovation with deep, in-house expertise in order to deliver a highly competitive offering for portfolio landlords.

It’s been my first year in charge of this product, and I’ve witnessed first hand how the hard work of the whole team coupled with this infrastructure allowed us to remain open for business throughout lockdown, meet growing demand, and best serve our landlords by consistently tailoring our product suite to their needs during this difficult time.

I’m delighted to see the progress we’ve made so far, and this award is a testament to that. There’s still so much to do, and we’re excited to meet the challenge.”
