Applications are now open for the Innovate Finance Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2024!

Innovate Finance is delighted to launch its second Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2024 as part of its ongoing commitment to champion diversity in the UK FinTech and Financial Services industry with the support of lead sponsor Google and bronze sponsors Zopa Bank and Alloy.

The Powerlist celebrates the positive impact members of the LGBTQIA+ community are having in driving a more inclusive, more democratic, and more transparent financial services sector for all.

Through the Pride in FinTech initiative, Innovate Finance is working to create a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and inspire future generations of the industry.

We urge all members of the LGBTQ+ community that are working in FinTech and Financial Services to share their stories, defining moments and experiences that have not only shaped their professional journeys, but their personal lives.

Applications are open until 30 September 2024 and the full Powerlist will be announced later in the autumn.

Please note that this is not a judged list. It is a celebration of all of those individuals who want to share their positive contributions towards creating a more inclusive and democratic financial services sector, and who self-select themselves onto the list.

This year, Innovate Finance has an additional opportunity for you to be a part of the very first Pride in FinTech Barometer 2024 evaluating the current state of affairs for the LGBTQIA+ community working in the sector.

In collaboration with our partners at Zopa Bank, Innovate Finance will produce a report on celebrating the strides we have made in making our sector more equitable, and provide actionable recommendations for FinTech companies to understand what more they can do to make a difference.

To celebrate the members and allies of the incredible LGBTQIA+ community making a positive impact in FinTech, Innovate Finance welcomes you to a Pride in FinTech celebratory event in December, hosted by lead sponsor Google.

Join FinTech leaders sharing their inspiring stories of what it means to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community, discussing the results of the Pride in FinTech Barometer 2024 over networking drinks and canapes.
