Charlotte is the Head of Innovation at Schroders, where she is globally responsible for the company’s engagement with startups, as well as the company’s internal innovation activities.

As the first Head of Innovation at Schroders, Charlotte has been instrumental in developing the company’s strategic approach to innovation and setting the agenda for fintech collaborations, including the launch of Schroders’ startup programme, Cobalt.

Prior to joining Schroders, she worked in financial services consulting and spent a year based in Silicon Valley, partnering with VCs and startups.

She was recently selected as a ‘Rising Star of Asset Management’ by Financial News, and featured in the ‘Standout 35’ in Innovate Finance’s Women in Fintech 2019 awards. · Charlotte holds a first class degree from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Neuroscience followed by a year of Management Studies.
