Vice President and Head of Europe, EDB Singapore
Choy is Vice President and Head of Region (Europe) for the Economic Development Board (EDB) of Singapore. Aligned to EDB’s mission to create sustainable economic growth, his role is two-fold: to connect UK and European businesses, talent, and capital with Singapore and Southeast Asia; and to support the development of innovative ecosystems and industry verticals where Singapore and the companies and their talent can be competitive and sustainable in. Prior to his current role, he was part of the Consumer Industry team in EDB, and has more than 16 years of experience in the larger public service, in domains of defence, diplomacy, technological capability development, and social policy; with stints in US, Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, and now based in London.
