Independent Consumer Finance Expert
Faith Reynolds works in an advisory capacity across a range of fintech, Smart Data and Open Finance initiatives. Faith is a non-executive director for the Payment Systems Regulator and was most recently the Independent Consumer Representative for the Open Banking Implementation Entity. She is an adviser to the board at TISA and has contributed to its work on Open Savings, Investments and Pensions. Faith is a non-executive director at Fair4All Finance which is responsible for promoting financial inclusion through the distribution of dormant assets. She is also an independent director for the Current Account Switch Service at Pay.UK.
Previously, Faith was also a member of the Authorised Push Payment Scams Advisory Group for the Lending Standards Board and the FCA's Financial Services Consumer Panel. Earlier in her career she was responsible for establishing Toynbee Hall's financial inclusion work.
In her day job, Faith works for start-up Amplified Global which focuses on using technology to simplify complex communications and help companies understand and engage with their customers better. Among other things, she co-ordinates the research programme working with a number of universities looking at how communications can be written and designed more effectively.
