Gail Arkle
Director of Client Experience, StepChange
As part of StepChange’s Executive Team, Gail leads the Client Experience directorate which covers the Marketing, UX, Product Management, Strategic Relationships and Business Development functions. She is jointly responsible for delivering best practice and holistic debt advice, solutions servicing and support for vulnerable clients, whilst protecting £4bn of debt under management on clients’ behalf.
With over 23 years’ commercial experience, Gail delivers over £50m of revenue annually from voluntary donations, and ensures that the 6 million people who use the charity’s services each year travel as far as possible through their journey to becoming debt free.
