Karen is Chief Operating Officer of Seedrs, Europe's leading equity crowdfunding platform. Karen joined Seedrs in 2013, the year after it launched, and has been instrumental in supporting the business develop, scale and expand. Karen was a Director of The UK Crowdfunding Association for 5 years and was on the founding Executive Committee of the Disruptive GC Network. She has been named one of the top women in fintech by Innovate Finance, UK in-house individual of the year by Legal 500, and one of Brummell Magazines Inspirational Women City Innovators. Before Seedrs Karen was a lawyer at international firm Simmons & Simmons.
