As a firm believer in equality and using tech and data for good, Leigh has led initiatives including the UK's first children’s range of technology and working with Baroness Martha Lane Fox to lead the Race Online 2012 campaign which went onto then establishing the Go ON UK charity to tackle the digital skills crisis. Recently Leigh also led the development of the largest network of digital advocates in Europe and the annual UK benchmark for Digital Skills for consumers, charities and business. Whilst at Lloyds Banking Group Leigh also led the team behind the Skills Academy and the approach to digital skills qualifications and accessible digital services.

Leigh has since established a consultancy and is advising organisations such as the United Nations Finance Initiative and global banks to pivot to digital and financial wellbeing as part of their core purpose.  Leigh is also an active volunteer board member of the UKs #TechTalentCharter and Learning Foundation.  

Leigh has won several awards including an award for the Government Home Access user centred design approach and the IT-Pro innovation award for the Race Online 2012 Campaign. Leigh has also won a recognition award for her contribution towards equality in the Finance sector and also the 'Outstanding contribution to the Digital Sector award.
