Natasha is responsible for communications and policy at Funding Circle, including corporate communications, public affairs and policy, media relations and internal communications. As part of the UK leadership team, she has built and scaled strategy and capability to support the company’s growth in the UK from 60 to 600 people.

Funding Circle launched in 2010 and became the first lending platform dedicated to facilitating finance to small businesses, and now has £4.2 billion of loans under management. Natasha represents the organisation in Whitehall and Westminster, and has worked closely with industry and government on the financial services policy response to Covid-19, including the new Recovery Loan Scheme.

Natasha also sits on Funding Circle’s Diversity & Inclusion leadership team and runs their women’s network, ‘Women@FC’. This includes the external arm ‘FinTech Women’, established to give women working in FinTech a strong voice, sense of community and opportunities for networking and professional development. The group now has over 1000 members. Natasha was previously a consultant at Fishburn Hedges advising clients on corporate communications. She read Social Policy with Government at the London School of Economics, and last year graduated from Warwick Business School with an MBA.
