Rachel Kent has been a leading light in financial services regulation for over 20 years advising fintechs, banks, insurers, asset managers, clearing houses, exchanges and digital banks. She is recognized as a leading individual by industry commentators and her vast sector experience allows her to make instinctive judgements in tackling regulatory issues. In 2020, Rachel was appointed as vice chair of the Policy and Regulation chapter of HM Treasury’s FinTech Strategic Review (‘FSR’) commissioned by Ron Kalifa (NED at Bank of England & former CEO of Worldpay), also referred to as the ‘Kalifa Review’. The FSR aims to identify key priority areas for focus by the industry, policymakers and regulators in order to support the continued growth and mainstream adoption of Fintech solutions and Rachel is at the forefront.
