Over the past 15 years, Rafa gained significant fintech experience with roles at Stripe - where he was Head of Banking for EMEA -, Tink - where he was UK & Ireland General Manager, Citi and Elavon - where he held a number of Product Management, Strategy and Commercial roles. Rafa now leads Nubank's Strategy & Business Development organization.
