Richard Fenner

Richard leads on public policy advocacy at the Euroclear Group's UK Central Securities Depository, focusing on digitisation, operational resilience and how new technologies will shape future market structure. Prior to joining Euroclear, he covered market data and post-trade policy for the World Federation of Exchanges, was Head of Public Affairs for TheCityUK and worked as a consultant. He began his career working as an economic and foreign policy analyst in the UK Parliament.

Richard represents Euroclear on the IRSG’s Global Regulatory Coherence group, TheCityUK’s Long Term Competitiveness Group and UK Finance’s New Digital Assets & Money steering committee.
