Sophie is a Technical Programme Manager at Onfido having joined as a software developer and moved into the Technical Programme management team in 2019. After spending 3 years in PR, working for clients such as Shazam, McAfee and SpareRoom, she changed careers and re-trained by doing a coding bootcamp at Le Wagon. Sophie has always been passionate about inclusion in technology. She founded the women-in-tech group, DevelopHer, in 2015 which aims to elevate women in their technology careers through workshops and events. She also shares her programming knowledge by teaching at the coding bootcamp for refugees Code Your Future.
