Thish is the COO of Cleo, the AI financial assistant. Under her leadership, the company has grown to over 4 million customers and 100 employees across the US and UK. Cleo raised a $44m Series B in 2020, led by EQT Ventures Prior to Cleo, Thish was a consultant with Bain & Company, advising financial services and payments industry clients in Europe and the US.

Throughout her career, Thish has worked with policy and social-impact organisations. She is board trustee of the social justice organising movement, The Advocacy Academy, and has advised the MaPS UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing initiative. Thish holds a double first class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford and a Masters in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins.
