The Women in FinTech Powerlist is turning 10! For over a decade, the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist has been shining a spotlight on some of the outstanding women working daily to improve and elevate the FinTech and Financial Services ecosystem in the UK and globally.
Thanks to our select group of independent judges who have reviewed the hundreds of applications received this year, the highly anticipated WIF Powerlist 2025 will continue to highlight a group of 230+ women across 8 categories who are decisive agents of positive change in the FinTech sector.
Moreover, the Standout 45 list will recognise those remarkable women who have made an incredible, lasting impact in FinTech and in making the sector more diverse and inclusive, going the extra mile to set higher standards and raise the bar when it comes to building more inclusive environments.
